Identification of the URL or other location on the site where the material you believe infringes the IP rights is located (this information should be specific enough to enable us to locate the material);

Your name and complete contact information;

A statement affirming that you genuinely believe the disputed use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or by law.

Upon the legitimate request of a rights holder, the Administration will take the necessary measures to resolve the issue.
